Wendy Coyman

Biography

Wendy has both an Accounting Degree and M.B.A. Wendy started her career in NJ as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser in 2002.  Once she relocated to Florida in 2005, she obtained both State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Sales licenses. She been helping people buy and sell ever since!  She is expert in short sales, relocation, and negotiation!  She has seen all market/economy trends so she knows how to navigate the highs and lows of the industry.

As a previous owner of her own appraisal company, Wendy has worked with a variety of lenders, title companies, and has vast knowledge of the real estate industry.  Selling real estate has many steps and managing those steps which include inspection, appraisal, lending, and title is critical for a timely close. Wendy is extremely thorough in communicating with all parties associated within the real estate transaction. With her “market value” expertise, she helps educate clients to understand the real estate market while ensuring a smooth closing.  Wendy and her family have lived in both Palm Beach County and Broward County so can provide comprehensive coverage of those areas.
