Biography

Richard has been a resident of South Florida since 1989 and a member of the Parkland community since 1999 . I chose Parkland to start my family 20 plus years ago with my beautiful wife Daniela. We have 2 children and throughout the years have been involved in coaching various city sports and supported many community events. I carry the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything I do.  Real Estate is my passion. I love helping people sell their homes and assisting buyers to find their dream homes and watching their families grow just like mine. I am originally from Long Island, New York and one of my specialties is assisting those that want to relocate to South Florida. Whether you are just starting out with your first home purchase, relocating from another city, or selling your home, I will go above and beyond to help you. My goal is to make the process of buying or selling as seamless as possible and will always have your best interest in mind.
